India Internet Expense Policy not found in expense type

Hi, 

I am trying to create expense report for home internet usuages reinbursement. In the expense type drop down the option for "India Internet Expense Policy" is not available. I expected this option to be present the list. Any idea.

@sanjij hello there. What you need to do is from the Concur home screen click on Expenses at the top of the screen. This opens the Manage expenses screen. You will see that you have two expense claims that have been returned with comments telling you to choose the appropriate policy. Click on one of these reports to open it. When it opens, look for the link that says Details. Click this link. A little drop down menu appears. Select Report Header. On the window that appears, look for a field labeled Policy. Click the drop down arrow. This will display a list of policies. Choose the India Internet Expense Policy. Click Save. That will do it. Repeat for your other expense claim.
