Incorrect and unnecessary info when using ExpensIt

My manager only wants to see the date, expense type, and amount on reports. When I take a photo and use ExpensIt to enter expenses, it auto-fills the vendor and location as well. I then have to go in and remove the vendor manually. Most times I am unable to change or remove the location.

It also enters incorrect location data. For example:

Jackson's Fuel Stop entered as Jackson, Mississippi

T-Mobile entered as Mobile, Alabama

Dallas, Oregon entered as Dallas, Texas.

I am in Oregon and this is creating scrutiny and delays regarding my local business reimbursements.

@cdorp I think the only suggestion I could really make is turning off ExpenseIt. If it is bringing in information you do not need and wrong information, it would probably be a little time saver to just capture the receipt and manually enter the information needed.
