Over the last year we have been having issues with our SAE file coming into our system (yardi) whereby some of the images fail.
We have a script that converts the PDF into Tiff, however every month we have a few images that will not convert due to width issue - has anyone else had this issue?
We have reached out to Concur regarding this issue and best practice, our current process is what they recommend.
