Hello SAP Concur Expense Users,
We are having extreme issues with our Image Connector to NetSuite where the PDF's are not importing to NS on a daily basis. If an image is 10MB or greater, then the whole image batch will fail import to NS regardless of where the 10MB pdf image is in the batch file.
Concur Support is aware of the issue that if there are too many files that exceed the 10MB threshold, then the reset of the images under 10MB are not imported and the file errors out thus causing the entire posting process to err out and abort.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issues and if so, how did you resolve it?
