I keep getting red alerts on meal even though I have picked business meal

I keep getting this alert: You have added an Attendee(s) other than yourself, which is not required for the selected Meal Purpose. Please remove all Attendees except yourself or select an appropriate Meal Purpose

I have chosen Internal Pfizer  Business meal(2+ people) but it still give the error

I figured it out. I had picked the incorrect meal type. It should have been External Pfizer Business meal (2+ people)
