Hi Monica,
yes, I reached out to our Implementation Project Manager (it is also possible to contact your Client Success Manager) and I got this answer:
"I think we’ve identified the issue which is preventing access. I have put in a support ticket of my own to merge your accounts so that you can have access to the support portal " - after that it worked and I could access the portal again.
