@mnafari hello there. I should clarify that this Community website is not Concur Support. Having said that, you can get support from those on this community, but I need to make it clear that this Community is not part of the the Concur Support team.
Now, if you could provide a little more detail on your issue, that would be great. You said "this website is more challenging than it supposed to". When you say this website, are you referring to this Community or to the SAP Concur website? They are two different sites. This website (meaning this Community) is not where you upload receipts. Expense reports and expense receipts are created in the SAP Concur website.
So, were you looking for a place to upload receipts here on this Community website or were you signed in to the SAP Concur website and weren't able to upload a receipt?
