You should be able to submit the report without applying any kind of code since it is an orange alert and not a red one. I would try submitting it as is and see if it gets kicked back by audit or reviewer.
I think project codes are usually specific to your company, so you might have to check with your approver/admin about it, maybe someone is making backend changes to your company's site and hasn't announced them yet?
