How to stop auto generating subject areas

I am having this problem daily, with almost every expense. It will auto generate a PO number in business purpose as well as auto generating expense type. I am not annoyed with the expense type, but how do I get it to stop auto generating the PO in business purpose??? Any help would be amazing!!!
