How to retrieve deleted reports

Is it possible in Concur NextGen to get track or log of reports that are deleted. As we are in the Cloud Storage era i don't think this is completed not doable.

Hi mageshkumarj - a report can be created in Cognos to include some of the details of the deleted reports, however the database doesn't store the receipt details or amounts. You might try running the one of the Billed Transaction reports located in the Standard Reports + Administration folder. Since Concur bills for all reports submitted there is a record of the deleted reports if they were ever submitted. If the associate created a report and deleted it without ever submitting it then you will not have a record of it in the Concur database.
