How to restrict users from approving report?

Hi,

We want to restrict users from approving any reports during a black out window.

How can we implement the same using audit rule ?

@saumya Audit Rules are based on reports prior to submission or that are being submitted, so there aren't any conditions that can be created based on the approval of a report and blocking the approval. The alternative to is to not allow submission of reports during a blackout period.

I know the issue will be if reports were submitted prior to the blackout period and then the blackout period goes into effect. In that case, the Expense Processor could go in and do a mass Send Back of all Reports that are sitting in the managers/approvers queue. This would then require employees to resubmit the reports once the blackout period has ended.
