How to remove meal itemization

I have a user that is saying he can't itemize his meal receipts within the app that he has to login on his computer to do this. We don't require meals to be itemized so how can I just shut this off so he doesn't have to worry about it?

@dboyle7405 if you don't require meals to be itemized, he shouldn't be seeing it as required in the app. It is possible that this user isn't quite communicating exactly the issue and without seeing what he is seeing on the app, it is difficult to advise. If you can get some screenshots from the user of what he is seeing in the app, I will better be able to assist.
