How to recall approved report

I want to recall a report that is already approved by my manager.

I asked my manager to recall it back to me but he can't find a recall button on the report.

Is there a way for the manager to recall a report that he approved?

Hello,

The manager cannot recall the report.  If your site is configured to allow it,  as the owner of a report you should have a recall button available if the report hasn't been extracted.  The owner of the report can recall it by going to the Report Library, find the report you wish to recall and click on recall report in the upper right hand corner of the page.  If you do not see the Recall button you should speak with your company admin as this would have to be enabled.

Once a report goes past the final approval step it cannot be recalled by the user.  IF the report is "Processing Payment" your Concur Admin can send the report back to the Processing queue, then it can be returned to the employee.  

Also, an approver cannot "Recall" the report, but if still in their queue and they haven't approved, they should have buttons to "Approve" or "Send back to Employee".
