Hotel accidently charged my Corp credit card, but I already paid the card. The card's balance is zero. But I keep receiving the "outstanding credit card transaction" notice. How to get rid of the notice? Or How to submit a report without zero reimbursement?
@sswan175 I was trying to look up your profile, but I wasn't able to find you based on the name you have here on the Community. Can you tell me what name is on your SAP Concur profile, please?
@sswan175 according to what I see, your report with a credit on it has been submitted. Looks like it was submitted today. You shouldn't receive the notice any longer since the transactions are on a submitted report.
