How to contact the travel agent in case of needs

How can I contact the travel agent? I need to cancel a trip and I am getting an error and it is saying to contact the travel agent, but how? there is no phone number or email address! PS I am based in Ireland

@leccao when you sign in to your SAP Concur account, look in the Company Notes section. You will see the travel agency contact link there.
