How to claim broadband bill for 3 months

I am trying to claim my internet bill for 3 months, but the system is throwing an error that it is not usable/not allowed, crossed the submission limit. Need help

No, Kevin. My issue is not resolved. Still facing the same error that limit crossed when I try to add 3 month wifi bill
