How to check the offset options selected for payment type

Where can we see the Offset option chosen for payment type CBCP or IBCP

Hi @Apriya 

While creating payment types you need to select below "offset applied" option for CBCP or IBCP.

This is one of the configuration option. To check this, you must have Expense Configuration Administrator (Unrestricted) role.

Thank you, unfortunately i do not see Payment Types in Expense Administration. Is there other options to run some report or any alternate method.

Hi @Apriya ,

I checked from my side, with restricted role payment types configuration item is not visible. You must need Expense Configuration Administrator (Unrestricted) role to access the same.

There is no alternate method or report available way to check that settings.  

However, you may raise a support ticket with Concur and ask them for which payment type you want to check whether offset setting is chosen or not.  You need to give them payment type name.
