How to check previous approved expense report as an approver

Hi Concur Team,

Our VP Jim Callahan login ID: CALLAJM@cat wanted to review the previous expense reports from his employee.

Unfortunately, he can't see any drop-down menu to filter out the expense report he wants.

Could you please help check why was so? How can Jim see the previous approved expense report?
