How to certify receipt picture in SAP Concur app?

Hi there,

I tried to add receipts by "Take Photo" to my claims report, but failed to claim the expenses due to uncertified receipt photos. I cannot find any button/menu to verity these receipt pictures. Could you please guide me how to do it?

In fact, my uploaded receipt picture lacks of such "timestamped images display an icon". Really unclear how to enable such feature!!

@nastar2046 did you receive a message that your receipts weren't certified? I'm not clear on what you experienced.
