I wanted to attach the approval mail to fulfill this alert. Even if I add this receipt, I am not this warning is not vanishing?

Is there any UI control to say, it is attached?

@dpmkarthik that is just a reminder/warning and will not prevent you from submitting. Since it is a reminder, it won't go away. If you have attached the appropriate approval as the message mentions, you are good to go. Hopefully you "kindly" attached the approval. 🙂
