How to Migrate users into a new Policy Group

We recently decided to create a new Policy Group for employees of company code 111.

How do I migrate those employees into the new group via Employee Import?

Typically, for a mass change, I use the 305 file and upload...but this does not contain the Group field.

Not sure if I get your question right ...

1.) An "Expense Policy" is linked to an "Employee Group Configuration" via configuration in Concur: --> Expense Admin --> Group Configurations

2.) The "Employee Group Configuration" is assigned to an employee via User Administration, see field "Employee Group". This field can also be (mass) uploaded via 305 file ... it's field 305#42 ("Employee Custom 21"), see https://www.concurtraining.com/customers/tech_pubs/Docs/_Current/SPC/Spc_Shr/Shr_SPEC_Emp_Imp.pdf, page 22

So, to "migrate emplyees to a new Policy", you need to link this Policy to a group configuration and then make sure that the relevant employees (company code 111) are assigned to that employee group.
