How manage tax ID IVA in Concur Colombia

There is any tip how Concur handle the information of Tax ID , vendor name and how user can update, mainatin vendors or merchants when they are not available to be selected in the vendor list?

@Bibiana there are permissions that would give someone the ability to edit the Vendor lists that SAP Concur has. You wouldn't give this permission to every user, but those with the permission could take requests from other users to get the vendor added to the Vendor list drop down.
