How do you add a manual itinerary to your Available Expenses

I have a hotel that I booked outside of Concur and forwarded the hotel confirmation to plans@concur.com. I can now see the itinerary in my trips. How do I turn that trip into an itinerary that can be seen in my Available Expenses to match to my receipt and credit card charge when it comes through?
