How do lock down a mileage expense so the users cant make changes after the expense is created?

We are trying to figure out how to have the mileage entered via a calculator or from the drive and once calculated no changes can be made to the expense mileage. We don't want people to be able to change the mileage or the date...

@berks_builds I do know you can create an audit rule that flags the report with a red exception if the Distance field is changed from what the mileage calculator calculated. As for locking fields down after save, I don't think this is possible.

What would the user do then if they accidentally entered the wrong date? Would they then need to delete the entry and start over? 

I'm curious as to why you don't want them changing the date? 🙂
