How do i download receipts if i forgot to do it when i approved the expenses

I have a csv file with 13 sets of expenses, but i have not downloaded all 13 sets of receipts.  Is there a way for me to bulk download the receipts?  I can see similar questions being asked but no responses.

@1Karen Thanks for posting in the SAP Concur Community. 

 

There are 2 options. You can download a copy of an expense report with the receipts included, or you can download just the receipts of an expense report.

To download a copy of an expense report with the receipts included, please see below:

  1. Open the desired report
  2. Click on Print / Email and select Receipt Report or Detailed Report (Detailed Report provides additional details about transactions in the report)
  3. A pop up window will appear. Click the PDF button near the top right
  4. Download and open the file
  5. Once you open the file, you will see the expense report along with the receipts below it

To download just the receipts of an expense report, please see below:

  1. Open the desired report
  2. Click on Receipts and select View Receipts in new window
  3. A pop up window will appear with all the receipts available
  4. You can choose to download the file if you'd like

Remember to tag me if you respond or feel free to mark this post as Solved if you don't have further questions or comments. To tag me on your response, you click the Reply button, first thing to type is @. This should bring up the username of the person you are replying to.
