How do I upload an ad-hoc excel file to update Login ID's?

We have been experiencing issues with  our HR feed as some of the Log-in ID's are mismatched.  We have created a 320 upload file to test that this results in the proper updates to profiles.  Is there a way to upload this on demand?  We want to upload the 320 corrections in advance of the automated 300 file update that occurs nightly to reconcile outstanding errors.

@Kaluckb The Import Users option on the User Administration screen should allow you to do this. Keep in mind if you upload the 320 file in advance of the 300 automated file, the nightly upload might override the changes made by the manual upload of the 320 file.

Thank you @KevinD.   We are hoping that uploading a 320 file with Login ID updates will allow the 300 file to then upload without errors.  Right now, we are getting hundreds of errors every night and hoping for a solution that does not require manually changing each Login ID that is erroring out.  Appreciate the guidance - fingers crossed!

@KevinD  Thanks for the follow-up.  It was a success!  We created a 320 file with limited line items and imported that yesterday afternoon.  The 300 file auto upload occurred last night, and the files we modified through the 320 import updated without errors.  We are importing the larger file (1000+ line items) today, in hopes of achieving similar results.
