I have an expense report for someone who is no longer employed here. One receipt is missing and I need to submit the report.

@LeslieP you either need to be the delegate for this person or have the Proxy permission to access their profile to submit the report. I recommend signing in to your SAP Concur account and look in the Company Notes section. Your company has a link to access MyWorkPlace. There it says you can speak with a help agent.
