How To Do a TER

Question,

I recently submitted an expense report that was rejected due to the hotel not being booked through Concur. I was told to do a TER. What is a TER and how do you do one.

@charles_mason2 TER sounds like something unique to your company. If I had to guess, maybe it is a Travel Request. When you sign in to your account, do you see an option at the top of the screen that says Request? I would suggest speaking to your direct manager to ask them what a TER is since it is a term used internally at your company.
