How Can i get the time out of transaction date

Is there a way in Cognos to get date/time out of a date

Is basically opposite of cast

So i d like to de able to see also the time if available

[Expense].[Expense Reports].[Entry Information].[Transaction Date]

@YSar from what I found in our documentation, Transaction Date/Time is only available for Lodging Folio details and Japan Public Transportation.
