Hotel won't email my receipt due to 3rd party booking - via concur

Help - I booked my trip via Concur. Now I need a receipt for the expense report and I don't have one. 

When I called the hotel they wont send me one since I booked it via a 3rd party. 

How do I get a receipt for this transaction.

@donellrz I would keep bugging the hotel for a receipt. They should have provided you a hotel folio upon checkout. 


The fact you booked it from in Concur Travel shouldn't matter. I've booked hotels from sites like Expedia and had not issue getting a receipt. In fact, they usually send it to the email you provide the hotel. 


If they still refuse, ask your Finance department if it is okay to provide a copy of your credit card statement showing the charge.
