Hotel reimbursement

How to expense 2 entries for the same hotel:

1. charge for 4 nights

2. reimbursement of 2 of them, i stayed 2 nights only, out of the initial 4.

I was trying to combine, system doesnt allow me!!

@jdazac hello there. I need to inform you that your company has a designated support ticket submission process. I was informed by one of your company's higher ups that JCI employees need to use the designated support ticket submission. If you log in to SAP Concur, click Read More at the bottom of the Company Notes section. In there you should see a link for submitting a help ticket. 

I would love to help, but I was asked by your company not to , but inform any JCI employees to use the JCI help ticket submission.
