Hotel Itemization for room taxes

My hotel folio shows 4 different taxes for each night but the itemization section on concur has places for 3 taxes.  Where do I put the fourth tax?

@dpeek74 combine the fourth tax with one of the others. The system will just combine all of them into one itemization anyway. In fact, some people just add all the taxes and enter one total for tax each night instead of separating them out using the three different fields.
