When I proceed to save the parent hotel expenses in Concur and subsequently enter the room fees for each night, I've noticed an inconvenience regarding the 'Comments' feature. Initially, there is no 'Comments' column available alongside the amount itemization, which forces me to save the amounts first and then navigate back to each itemized expense individually to add comments.
I believe it would be highly beneficial and efficient if the 'Comments' column were present on the same page as the amount itemization. This would allow me to directly associate comments with the varying room fees for each day, eliminating the need for repetitive back-and-forth actions and streamlining the process. It would significantly enhance the user experience and facilitate more accurate and detailed expense reporting.
