Hiding Expense

Good Morning - I am an Administrator on our account. (New, and just learning by trail and error)

We recently switched corporate credit card companies.  They incorrectly charged us a service fee and then processed a credit to reverse the charge.  

Many of our employees do not have a current expense report to add these do.  Is it OK for me to hide these?  Will hiding them stop the employees from receiving email reminders.

Hide the Credit Card Transactions to avoid Concur to send emails to your employees, I've many transactions hidden, and I don't receive any email.
