Help Getting Started

I am a new user to Concur and submitting my first expense account.  I see my itinerary but cannot add any expenses of make any changes to the existing ones.  My home page doesn't look like any of the ones in the examples nor do I have any selections tabs.  How can i get Concur to work for me?  Here is a snip of what I see.

Hi @Mike_Co ,

 

The screenshot indicates that you only have the travel role assigned to your profile. This allows you to only book trips.

Users with Expense role will see the Expense option at the top; in addition to Travel and App Center.

 

I would use the internal helpdesk to understand whether Concur is used for expense reimbursement and if so, why you do not have the necessary role.
