Health Care Providers not in Search Data Base

I conducted a lunch with three providers and their staff in November.

When I tried to submit this expense I found that the providers were not in my Search data base.

Who should know about this to fix the problem.

As this is an interface between external tools and Concur database, I would first raise the question to your company Expense/IT department. It might be possible that the feed had some errors or incomplete or you typed incomplete information or wrong information which I doubt.

It is really possible that the feed has errors or is incomplete. I think you should check it first and then look for the problem further. If your feed is correct, contact the forum helpdesk, and they will definitely help you. Also, check to see if these providers are available on concur. When I filled out my profile, I forgot to add vitalskinderm.com to the feed, and it took me a while to find it.
