@asuncb When you log in to SAP Concur, do you see a Company Notes section on the home screen? If so, there are links in there that are help resources if you are having any issues. I would use those links since they are internal to your company and can provide better guidance. Here on the Community, we don't have access to how your company makes payments to employees, so we wouldn't really be able to provide an accurate answer for you.
