Have not received payment

Can you please look into this reports? I left company and they said both reports are paid out already. But I havent got any payment yet (It has been over 4 weeks now)

@asdfgewls hello there. We won't be able to see anything other than what the system is showing you. They system shows the reports were paid by EFT. I would double check with your bank. I'm sending you a private message with the trace numbers for the payments.
