HCP Attendee with IQVIA Database

Hello,

I work for a pharma/device company and we use the IQVIA database connector for our covered recipient attendees for business meals.  Currently our sales team searches for each HCP attendee by their NPI# to add them as an attendee to their Concur meals.  I was wondering how other Pharma companies do this with IQVIA?  Can you share how you do this with IQVIA?  The Concur Excel attendee upload to the meal expense cannot validate against the IQVIA database.

We use IQVIA and our users search by name & state if the NPI # is not known to add attendees to the report.

Hi Nancy,

Thanks for responding.  I find many of our users do not have the NPI# and struggle with the name search.  I think it "is what it is" for capturing with the database.  Have a good day.
