where I can request to integrate the mappy "bike" map for our Google maps use ?

@Xav001 I think you will need to submit a Solution Suggestion for this. I've added the steps for this below.This is done from the SAP Concur home screen. 

To submit a Solution Suggestion, please follow the below steps: 

1. Access the Concur Support Portal by clicking on the Help > Contact Support link (upper right)
2. Select Solution Suggestion at the bottom of the page or from the Community Info tab
3. Click on Post Solution Suggestion. 
4. Enter the Title
5. Select a Category
6. Type in your suggestion using up to 2,000 characters 
7. Click on Post; this will post and create a Positive Vote for the Solution Suggestion
