@anandk3 hello there. Because you entered your bank info into a third party site provided by your company, we will not be able to assist. Here are your options:
1. Wait a little longer. It is very likely that the time for your information to go into the system where you entered it, flow over to SAP Concur and be updated in the SAP Concur system, takes longer than 48 hours. I've actually seen someone else from your company post the same issue.
2. Contact your Payroll department and ask them what the turn around time should be for your bank info to be confirmed in the SAP Concur system.
