GLsegment error while submitting Expenses

While creating expense I am getting error ---
One or more GLSegment Fields are missing or country and currency values are mismatched . Please submit a ticket with Concur Support to get the exception addressed. You must create a new expense report after values are updated in your concur profile

Can anyone help on this

Pls check with your admin whether your profile is correctly setup in Concur, especially country of residence and currency fields.
