Fields with vendor list attached

Hi all,

i have seen fields using vendor lists used in 2 differnet ways

1) you are only allowed to select values from the list

2) you are able to add values not in the list 

Do you know where the option is to allow the different usages?

Dear User,

I would guess you are an administrator of the system for the company you are working for. If so, you do not generally have 100% of accesses to modify the system, and in this case, best option would be to call Concur support to open a ticket for your requirement needed. But I clearly doubt they would give you access to make those changes directly yourself.

If instead you are just a user of the system, contact your Company Concur system administrator and follow up with him.
