Field hint option to improve user experience

Is there a way we can set up Hint option for the fields in entry or report header? Like a quick help icon on which we can hover over and see suggestion?

@shinuchandran this is possible if the following are met:

1. You are on a professional configuration

2. You have full site access which allows you to modify Forms and Fields
