Solved: Feature Hierarcies-Authorized Approver

Hi,

Is there a way to remove the feature hierarchies set for authorized approver? I would like to change it to another field but I can't remove it anymore. Any idea how I can change it?

@Lelyana Hello there. So, unfortunately you will not be able to change it. You will have to reach out to SAP Concur Support for help. They will need to evaluate the implications of making this change. Just so you are prepared, if making this change is not a simple fix, there may be a fee associated with having the change made.

When discussing Hiearchies, I know our training group usually advises that before making any changes, consult SAP Concur first because they can be tricky and as you now know, can't always be removed or undone once done.
