Extracted for Payment

Expenses updated by me since 20.06.2023 but still payment not credited.

Depending of the reimbursement method used by your company (If the company pay or treat the employees as Vendors) you can see the update within Concur as Payment Confirmed for example or not (if the company pay via Payroll), in this case you need to check your bank account and compare with the reports that you have submitted).


Sometimes even when the reports are Extracted for Payment or Sent for Payment that are the last status that the employees could see within their profiles, then the posting in Accounting/Finance (FI) or in Payroll can fail and for that reason, the reports can't be paid.


You can contact to your manager to know what is happening.
