Extract reports on a monthly basis

Hi All,

I am a new user to Concur and work within the finance department. I would like to extract, on a monthly basis, the previous expenses with at least the following information:

- employee ID

- type of expenses (hotel, flight etc.)

- comments of the user while creating the expenses

How do we do that ?

Hello,

In order to make any changes to your extract schedule, you would need to have Extract Services.  If you have this service, you can submit a ticket to route to an extract specialist who can make these changes for you.

@LondonLondon you might also consider building a Cognos report that would show you this data. Do you have any experience using Cognos reporting?

I would recommend you speak with your administrator to see what services your company has with Concur.  We use Cognos reporting; you can find lots of good reports for analytics. If you have this service, you can custom build reports as well.
