Export Expense reports

How can I export expense reports in Concur?, I also need the submitted reciepts to be exported too. How can I acheive that in Concur?. Thanks

Hi Tam,

I guess you are here talking about pulling the extract for the employees of your company :

1.You can export expense reports via Cognos reporting or design a  processor query for the same.

2.Receipts can be exported via two options:

Manually - Open report - Print - save PDF

Automated - Via daily job run (you can contact Concur to schedule a job)

Hi!  I want to make sure I'm understanding your statement in number 1. Are you saying you can download the Reports for expense reports through Cognos?  Can you share how you do that?

@EricaHerwig I think what they meant was you can build a Cognos report showing the details of expense reports for a given time period. When you run the report, you can choose Excel or PDF as the format. Once it is done running, you can then download the report. However, with Cognos reports you do not see receipts.
