Solved: Expenses Types

Hi mates

Me again. I have a doubt about Expense Type. When you need to deactivate a type of expenses and the button is not enabled, that is, it cannot be deactivated, what is the reason? We are at the initial configuration point, where there is no operation on the system yet. Can all types of standard expenses found in SAP Concur be deactivated?

Hello @PabloBCI05

Typically you cannot deactivate system required expense type like Hotel Tax. Also you cannot deactivate an expense type set as a Parent in another expense type. Hope this helps.

@PabloBCI05 your question is a good question to submit through our Partner Support Portal. My partner team contacts have told me that our Certified Partners should be using the Partner Support portal as their first option for getting answers to questions. 🙂
