I had a strange situation with a user today with ExpenseIt in the SAP Concur app on an Android device.
They took the photo of the receipt, then after the scan processing had completed there was nothing under Expenses. I did the same thing with the same receipt on my phone (also Samsung Android) and had the same thing happen. I then logged into Concur web and found the captured image under Available Receipts, which was also the case for the user's account (I proxied in to check).
Later in the day I've come back into Concur and the items are now under Available Expenses, where they should be.
Has anyone else observed this behaviour, where images temporarily get saved to Available Receipts while ExpenseIt is processing them?
